Now, we’re forming our first Command Unit, and we want a few skilled, passionate, and disciplined individuals to join us.

1. Intel & Ops Division – (Content + Research)
- Write blogs, military news, and defense exam preparation guides
- Ideal for military enthusiasts skilled in writing, research, and strategic reading
- Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
- Job Type: Remote | Part-time/Contract-based

2. Media Command Unit – (Graphics + Short Videos + Social Media)
- Make creative and engaging short-form video content (Ideal for creative minds with amazing Extempore speech, Public speaking and Presentation skills)
- Ideal for creative minds with public speaking, editing, or design skills
- Design graphics and visual posts (Canva/CapCut/Photoshop preferred)
- Help manage our social platforms and deliver strong visual narratives
- Make creative short videos (Ideal for those with amazing Extempore speech, Public speaking and Presentation skills)
- Make posts, designs (Ideal for those Canva/CapCut or social media handling skills)
3. PR & Alliance Cell – (Community & Growth)
- Handle social community groups, engage with the users.
- Ideal for natural communicators and motivators

Military Mavens is Bangladesh’s leading news and media platform dedicated to the armed forces. Who We Are Looking For

- Individuals who have a deep understanding of military life and entrance exam preparation.
- Those with a strong command of English and the ability to create engaging, informative contents.
- Willing to learn, grow, and contribute for the nation’s defense media future
- This is a volunteer role — but not without rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and stay updated on the latest developments in Bangladesh and global military news, defense exams, training routines, and success stories.
- Collaborate with our editorial team to brainstorm new ideas and enhance content quality.
Required Qualifications
Military Understanding: Strong understanding of military life and defense-related topics. Preference given to:
- Ex-Officer Cadets from any force.
- University students with a background in military studies or experience, Alumni of any Cadet College | Students of BUP, MIST, BUET, DU, CU
- Candidates who have appeared for ISSB and received green or yellow cards.
Writing Experience: Proven experience in writing, preferably in defense or related topics. Freshers also can apply but he/she must be ready to write any contents on given topics.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and present information in a clear and concise manner.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and Bangla, both written and spoken.
