The courts of the Bangladesh Military Academy (BMA) were alive with competitive spirit on July 10, 2025, as the highly anticipated Inter Company Volleyball Competition of Winter Term 2025 took center stage. Cadets from the 89th, 90th, 91st, 92nd, and 93rd BMA Long Courses showcased remarkable enthusiasm and sportsmanship throughout the exhilarating tournament.
The competition was fiercely contested in both male and female categories, providing a thrilling spectacle for all in attendance. In the male division, Jahangir Company demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork, ultimately securing the coveted Champion title. Mustafa Company put up a valiant effort, earning them a well-deserved Runner-up position.
The female category also saw incredible talent and determination. Rouf Company emerged victorious, claiming the Championship with a dominant performance, while Mostofa Company fought hard to clinch the Runner-up spot.
The event was graced by Brigadier General Mohammad Shahidul Islam, psc, Dean of the Engineering Faculty, who attended as the esteemed Chief Guest. Brigadier General Islam presented the prizes to the triumphant teams and individual winners, commending all participants on their dedication and athletic prowess.
The stands were filled with enthusiastic spectators, including all BMA officers and Officer Cadets from every term, who cheered on their respective companies and celebrated the spirit of healthy competition. The Inter Company Volleyball Competition served as another testament to the BMA’s commitment to fostering well-rounded cadets who excel not only academically and militarily but also in sportsmanship and teamwork.
